The Demand Modeler calculates the optimal required area and needed spaces by type using current headcount, forecast demand, actual attendance patterns, and hybrid work policies. Employee preferences for focus, collaborative, or social space are analyzed and stored within our Behaviors function for use in what-if Demand Scenarios.

Modeling Inputs and Behaviors are mapped in the Grouping function to reflect the unique characteristics of different organizations, personas, roles, and can be based on cross-functional employee groups that demonstrate similar behaviors.
